Production queue and lead‑time forecast
Lead time calculated by the real queue of each machine
Machine time comes from the DXF and the speeds set per material. The system adds that time to what’s already in the queue for the machine, respects productive hours and business days, and shows when the machine is free and when the order will be ready.

Three questions the system answers
When is the machine free?
Each machine shows how many jobs and hours are in the queue and the date it becomes available.
Can I deliver by a certain date?
Enter the date and the planned cutting hours (or pick a quote) and see if it fits in the queue.
Do we have material?
The system checks sheets and offcuts in stock and adds purchasing days to the lead time when material is missing.
How the lead time is calculated
- Machine timeCut path length and pierces read from the DXF ÷ the chosen machine’s material speed and pierce time.
- Current queueSum of the jobs already scheduled on that machine, in priority order.
- CalendarProductive hours per day, working days, and the machine’s minimum lead time.
- MaterialIf material needs to be purchased, acquisition days are added to the lead time.
- Lead time on the quoteThe date appears on the quote, the PDF, and—if you want—your online storefront for your customer.
Production queue on the shop floor
- Approved quote becomes a work order in the right machine’s queue
- Kanban board, timeline, and calendar by machine
- Alert for late orders or ones that will be late
- Reschedule and change priority by dragging the card
- Operator starts, pauses, and completes on a phone or tablet

FAQ
Does the lead time consider other machines?
Each machine has its own queue. The order’s lead time uses the queue of the machine that will produce it; jobs with multiple steps go through each process.
Do I need to record the actual time?
It’s not required, but the actual time logged by the operator helps compare against the estimate and fine‑tune the registered speeds.
Do I need a credit card to try it?
No. The trial is 7 days with full access and no card. You upload your own DXF files, register your materials, and see the calculated price before deciding.

Know what to run, on which machine, and by when to deliver
Laser cutting production management: know what to run, on which machine, and by when. Quotes turn into work orders with Kanban queues and real due dates.
Sheet utilization: use remnants before opening a new sheet
Nest order parts into remnants by true shape, smallest first, and fill gaps with your own products. Better sheet utilization, less new sheet and scrap.
How to calculate laser cutting time
Laser cutting time formula: length ÷ speed + pierces × pierce time. Build a speed-by-thickness table and avoid quoting mistakes.
