Each process with its real cost
Fiber laser, plasma, and oxyfuel have different speeds, machine hour rates, and thickness ranges. In the system, every machine has its own speed table and pierce time by material and thickness, so the quote uses the process you’ll actually run.

Can I charge material by the kilo?
Yes. Enter the cost per kg and the material’s density; the system calculates weight from consumed area and thickness and converts that into material cost.
Does it work for plasma and oxyfuel?
Yes. Each machine has its own cut speed and pierce time table by material and thickness, so the quote uses the parameters of the selected process.
Can I quote cutting and bending together?
