Can I import data from a time clock system?
Yes. Export it to Excel using the system’s template (with rows for public holidays and excused absences where applicable) and import it. The timesheet view and calculations are created automatically.
Does an excused absence reduce pay?
No. When marked as excused (in the spreadsheet or with one click in the timesheet), the absence does not reduce base pay; commuting or daily allowances for that day can be credited according to your rules.
